HCG 106 at 4 weeks and 5 days- MC?

I have had some full cramping (like mild menstrual cramps) for 48 hours. Brown spotting when I wipe for over 24 hours. Lab results came back at 106 HCG. I would be 5 weeks this Sunday. Implantation was August 23rd. I'm preparing myself for the worst. Thoughts?

What did the doctor say? 106 and bleeding is not a good sign at 5 weeks, but is it possible you ovulated later? It is not over until it is over, so try to stay positive and take care of yourself!
