Implantation bleed or something else?
Hello, at 6dpo I wiped pink discharge after a bowel movement. Now I'm 12dpo and have wiped very light brown discharge on and off. I've got cramps and boobs are a little sore. I've also had a few dizzy spells and felt a bit sicky.
Really confused at the moment xxxxx
