Hi, I'm pretty much in the same predicament. I am 12 DPO and not getting anything on a test. Really annoying me as I'm positive I'm pregnant. I have all the symptoms. Even implantation pain (which is like something I've never felt before).
I'm just going to wait now. I think 12 dpo on a 30 day cycle is too early! Oh dear

I go on dpo (because I confirm o w/ bbt). Your LP (luteal phase = time between ovulation and af) should not vary much (mine is 12/13 days). However, ovulation can vary A LOT. While I usually ovulate on cd13, I have ovulated as early as cd8 and as late as cd19 - though this is rare for me. This month, o was cd15, I am 7dpo (cycle will be 28 days, I avg 26) AF is not generally "late" (or early) - you just didn't ovulate when you thought you did :) Confirm ovulation with bbt (temp will rise due to increased progesterone). OPK = ovulation prediction kit, not "you totally just ovulated strip" (unfortunately). It's a lot to put together at times, but the more you learn the rhythm of your body, the less frantic you'll be, Google ing each newly noticed twinge and gas pain (which I've done, trust me).
