I believe that urine works best if you have not peed for at least 3-4 hours beforehand. Usually FMU is better because you would have gone a long time before peeing. If you get up in the middle of the night and haven't peed in 3-4hours, but know it will be less time than that before you get up, I would go ahead and test with MOTNU (yeah, made that up- middle of the night urine ;). )

Thank you Scorpio33 :) Yes I love that MOTNU lol I will try that. AF was due yesterday and I'm still peeing like a race horse (How exactly does a race horse pee?) And I got a REALLY big wave of nausea in the morning yesterday. Fingers crossed! I'll keep updating this post.
