Question

Calling all chart readers!

Two part question: Can someone take a look at my chart and figure out what the heck it means. Also, how can I link my chart here for everyone to view?

Hi... That link didn't work for me. And when I go to your profile the most recent chart is December 2015... If you go to "setup" for your profile page make sure your current chart is selected :)

I can see your chart now... Personally, I don't see O on your chart yet as you don't have a sustained temp shift (min 3 temps over cover line). I see you had a positive opk so there are a few different things that could be going on: maybe you geared up to O and then didn't. Or, your temp taking methods are off (restless sleep, mouth breathing, different temp taking times, etc). Do you use a BBT thermometer or just a regular one? Your temps are pretty rocky... Mine were too when I first started charting and I was using a regular thermometer. Once I bought a BBT it was much easier to see a temp shift. Have you ever tried temping vaginally? If you are a restless sleeper or mouth breather you may find that helps your chart, but wait until your next cycle before switching. Keep BDing every other day in case you haven't O'd yet! Good luck.
