Could this be a good sign?Extreme fatigue

I'm super super tired and can barley do anything. I could sleep all day, but have to take care of my daughter. Been trying for 6 months and this is first time i have ovulated in months (19). could this be a good sign?

Yes I was like this when I got preg with my first. No matter where I was I could just fall asleep even standing up lol
