Please answer. Period is due only getting pink spotting.

Period start last month was on the 27th to the 30th. Had unprotected sex 13-16th with H.
I NEVER get three days of spotting i normally just spot then statt right up the same day. But all I am getting is this very light pink on my tissue at times. I recently learned I have a hemorrhagic cyst inside my ovarh, and I'm unsure if that can cause this or what.. is going on.

My question is has this ever happened to any ladies that got their BFP late after their period was due?
