Baby measured smaller on scan by 10 days!!

So By dates baby is 10+4 but scan said 8+3. This could be of late implantation I know.. But I have had light spotting for 2 weeks, hence why I had early scan, (baby is good and heart beat is strong)

I suppose my question is did anyone have anything similar and go on to have a healthy baby or should I prepare myself for anything!

This is baby number 2, my dd is a year old.. Thanks in advance
