Anyone try taking Prenacare Conception and had cramping that wasn't from being pregnant?

I'm in my 3rd week of this supplement and had cramping all last week that felt like what I had with my first pregnancy that was implantation cramping. But now I've read some things that these pills have caused women cramps without being pregnant and am getting very discouraged now. I was so convinced that it was happening and now I don't know....
