Could I be pregnant?

I'm 9dpo. For the last 4 days I've been mildly sore with one exception- when I sneeze. When I sneeze I have a sharp pain near/around my ovaries. This isn't a cramp, it reminds me of round ligament pain from my last two pregnancies. My husband and I haven't been careful so I guess pregnancy isn't out of the question. I just thought it was a little early for anything like that. I had csections with both my boys. I do remember stretching early on during my second pregnancy. I do want one more so I'll be super pumped if that's what this is. Is there an alternative explanation? Other symptoms have included (last 4-5 days) constipation, mildly sore boobs, sensitive, hard time waking up (sleepy), somewhat increased cm...
