high cervix

high all, im still ttc, yesterday I had a sharp pain on my left hand side. today ive checked and my cervix is very high so cant check if open or closed. ive also had dull pulling sensation low down in my tummy. ive bought a test where u can do it 4 days before ur period, how accurate r these. im due on Friday, just getting impatient lol. how do my chances sound this time round???
