I would test every other day until either you get AF or get a nice dark line. Pink dye tests are generally best for early testing, though many don't trust the new curved FRER. I'm not sure what test you used since there isn't a photo. But make sure you read the fine print. Some claim to detect pregnancy before a missed period, but don't have the best percentages to back that up. However, even the cheapie tests can sometimes give you an early positive. It all depends on how much hcg is in your system.
