Every single symptoms but negative test?

The past few days I have had nausea, tender/full breasts, appetite changes, fatigue, weird feeling in tummy. Took multiple urine tests and all were negative. I am so convinced that I went to have my blood drawn for the Hcg preg test. That came back negative. My period is due in 2-3 days but I feel pregnant! I have three children and my husband and I haven't planned on more. But I know these symptoms and they hit me out of no where. I need to know if I'm pregnant or not, for sure, because I don't want to continue my medication I'm taking or drink wine, etc. This is killing me! I have never had nausea or tender/full bresats in all of my 34 years unless I was pregnant. Any ideas ladies?
