I got a positI've pregnancy test 2 days after my period finished

Hi first off I should start my saying my husband and I have been trying for a baby for about a year now, last year we had a miscarriage and I was also diagnosed with diabetes, but anyways I got my period on the 9th of June it finished on the 13th, 2 days later I started spotting so I took a hpt and it came out positive. I went to my primary doctor for a blood pregnancy test and it came out positive negative, I wentered to my obgyn and they took a blood test it came out negative. However 4 out of 6 hpt I took tell me I'm pregnant, I've been habe slight cramps and spotting. I just don't know what to do because my obgyn keeps telling me I'm not pregnant. Any suggestions would be great please.
