Anyone taking antidepressants?

I am currently taking Cymbalta for depression, and I can't tell if I'm just having symptoms of the antidepressant or if my symptoms could be early signs of pregnancy. If you are/were taking antidepressants, how could you tell the difference? My symptoms up until now (I am at 8dpo) have been nausea, frequent urination, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue (it varies- sometimes I am exhausted & can't stay awake & sometimes, I can keep myself awake, just really tired), headaches, some backaches, night sweats (I wake up drenched & the bed is wet after like an hour of sleep), a constant feeling of fullness in my uterus area, pressure in that area as well, some dull cramps here and there, frequent thirst, anxiousness, some emotions, bloating, lots of gas, feeling of "just pregnant" sometimes & recently every night around the same time every night a rapid heart rate that lasts for hours and I go to sleep with it (I'm not stressed or doing anything other that sitting &
