Painful implantation with lower back pain and dizzy spells

For the last maybe 3 days I've had some cramping. AF isn't due for another 2 weeks. Today they have been literally all day and far more painful. Today I also have pretty bad lower back pain and constant dizzy spells. Has anyone experienced this? I'm assuming implantation, but I honestly don't know. TIA!
