Could I be pregnant?

So I could have bet my life that I had implantation bleeding on the 24th of this month ( June 1st cycle day was the 9th), but according to every darn test I didn't even ovulate until the 19-24 and shouldn't even have implanted until tomorrow (July 2nd). I have feelings of pregnancy just like I had with my Benliegh and they seem to be worse. I have taken close to 25 tests it seems and all are saying no. I did a blood test to get it checked out it was only at a 2.3! How is that possible that I feel so pregnant and sick just like with DD and now it's saying nothing. HELP! Am I going crazy?!?! I know it's early to test, but how can I feel so sick and nothing?
