Question

Pregnant with backache?

I'm 5 weeks and 2 days pregnsnt and this evening im having lower back ache. It's not a constant pain, just a bit niggley. Ive noticed it more now that I'm sitting down. Should I be worried? I never had this with my 2 miscarriages which I guess is a good sign. Just wanted some advice xx

Relax hun, its probably just your hormones relaxing your ligaments ready for your growing uterus. I dont think you should be worried as this is a common symptom in pregnancy and there are ways to ease it. Ask your doctor of you have any concerns hun, all the best with pregnancy xx

Thank you so much Natalie! Thankfully I haven't had the cramping now for a few days so I'm not too worried. Ive got my first midwife appointment on Thursday so fingers crossed that goes well! Xxx
