Question

Confused about ovulation date

Hi,

This is my first month tracking my morning temperatures, and I am confused about when I ovulated. My chart doesn't seem to be clear at all, though in the first few days I was not being careful about taking my temperature at a consistent time which is why I believe I have a few higher temperature spikes.

I think I ovulated on day 11, because I felt sharp pains in the lower right abdomen area I think are consistent with ovulation pains. Also the next two days my temperature went up significantly. But then it dropped again.

Looking at my chart, does it truly appear that I did not ovulate at all this month?

I think you ovulated on the 12th. At least thats what the chart looks like. Its day before your temp spikes. Mine did the same thing. It very important to be consistant with your temps. I found that out the hard way. You'll get a more accurate reading in your chart.
