Question

Could I be pregnant and never get a bfp until much later? Still having lower abdomen pelvic pains?

Okay so last month in May after ovulation I started having slight pregnancy signs. Right at 14 dpo I start AF I assumed being that it started a bit light then it went to heavy flow BUT it ONLY LASTED 1 and 1/2 days and stopped. I took a hot got a bfn, At 17 dpo I had a pink watery discharge which lasted about 5mins took another hpt bfn. My normal AF cycle last about 3-4 days. Its now June around the time 4 dpo (new cycle) still having these lower pelvic abdomen, menstrual like pains since last ovulation, and unable to really enjoy and take advantage of ovulation so I made an appt they did pelvic exam everything likes great but their test came back bfn. Howerver they want me 2 come back for and ultrasound in 2wks due to them finding strains of blood in urine. But I still feel pregnant with lower abdomen pelvic pain and nausea, my last 2 pregnancies I was never able to get a bfp until i was 6-8wks along. Is it possible I'm pregnant? ????????

I had my 'period' (slightly lighter version of my regular period) and was unknowingly pregnant - for me it was an ectopic pregnancy and I needed emergency surgery a few weeks later. If your pain is getting worse i would ask the dr about the possibility of an ectopic. You'd be testing positive though i think.
You really don't test positive until 6-8 weeks along?? Have you tried sensitive tests? I would def get checked out, looks like you're doing everything right so far! I would keep testing in the morning before you drink any water... Good luck !
