Could I be preg again

I had wat I thought was my miscarriage April 23 but one month later on may 22 I woke up an wash rushed to the er they said I was passing the baby. I start spotting around the 15 for like 3 days but it was light barely seen it an didn't last but a few minutes.I took a test it said negative. I still haven't had a period could I be preg again
