Can hgc be hard to detect sometimes?

I havent had a proppa period since march and even then only spotted for two days i got my bloods done cause i have a very faint positive and they come back neg now i am still here with out any help and my belly is growing and now starting to feel movement i have all symptoms of preg i already have three so i kmow how it feels but docters have just dismissed me. I have added some tests two i took today and one of last month and they look positive i dont know what to think..
