Is it safe to say I'm not pregnant ?

I had sex on May 9. My last was May 21 but the one before that was April 22 and I had sex on cycle day 18 and he didn't ejaculate inside me and that was 12 days before my period. My period 2 weeks after sex was heavy,crampy, and contained a lot of clots as usual so it wasn't weird or light at all. I took a pregnancy test on the last of my period and it came out negative I haven't experienced any symptoms except cramps but that was in the middle of my cycle which is ovulation. After ovulation My cm changed from dry white tacky mucus to cloudy sticky/stretchy mucus to creamy white and there isn't an increase of mucus. I normally get pms a 5 day prior to my period. I took another pregnancy test 5 weeks after sex and it was negative. I don't feel pregnant at all.
