Track your cycles, use ovulation test to determine when you ovulate. It can take a while if you continue to try so hard. But good luck

I actually have irregular periods, so tracking is hard for me. I use the clear blue digital ovulation test to help me with my fertile window. Its expensive, but I like it better than peeing in a cup and then holding a stick in it. Funny story, my cat once knocked the whole cup of pee onto the floor.

There is this free app called "My Days." It is a helpful tool and tracks everything you can think of when TTC (e.g., CM, BBT, period start and stop days, ovulation window).

I've heard nothing but absolutely good news about Vitex/Chasteberry Angus for helping to balance hormones and aiding women in conceiving. Maca does the same as well, and it wouldn't hurt to get a combination supplement with calcium and b-vitamins. Personally, i'll be buying my first bottle soon of Vitex soon and I've already started eating healthier, and doing Yoga for fertility and pilates for endometriosis to help me on my journey.
I hope my answer was beneficial.
Good luck and baby dust!!!!!
