If you have a donor, track her ovulation and inseminate within the hour iff possible. I dont know if you are using a clinic or just a donor...I am assuming youre using a donor oe the clinic would answer the question for you. If you have access to multiple "donations" (from your donor) every two days during ovulation would give you a good chance. Just remember to be patient. Hope this helps.
