8 DPO, burning pinching sensation in left side of abdomen? Implantation? HELP

8 DPO & on the way home I had a burning sensation in the lower left side of my abdomen. Definitely not AF, it kind of hurt but quickly went away. With my last pregnancy, I didn't feel this.. Also I've had a heavier CM, kind of clear and stretchy. Has anyone experienced this? Maybe implantation? I'm going nuts because I know it's to early to test.
