Low hcg and empty sac what does this mean???

My last p was April 25th today June 8th I had a vaginally aktrasound it was small empty sac and my past few weeks My hcg been low but increasing just increasing slowly June 10th they r testing my levels again and doing another aktrasound I'm so scared idk what to do become the guy u am having this baby with I had ovum pregnancy back in July 2015 and my levels were way to high and I had a sac of 3 mnth but no baby then had a dnc the next day I'm really hoping this time it's a baby but I think there's a chance my bf sperms doesn't stick if this is another ovum what do I do? Anyone else going threw this?
