Advice and What am I meant to say!?

According to my period tracker app AF is 10 days late, I was using opks but ran out after checking around the time ovulation should have happened. I remember getting a dark line on my opk however unsure of it was truly positive. Well I've been testing and just getting bfns so thinking I just ovulated late. However I have worked out that in previous cycles my longest cycle (and my last cycle) was 45 days long. I am on CD41 now so that would make me 10 dpo. I've had sore boobs, the odd wave of nausea, cramps on the right side and the odd spark of backache. All my tests so far have been - however they have got evaporation lines after a while which has only ever happened before I got my bfp with my daughter. Does this sound promising? I'm a poas addict and when I've kept tests previously they've always been white! I suppose my question is can anyone relate, does anyone have any advice and I'm going to the doctors tomorrow because I thought my AF was late, now What am I supposed to say!?
