I craved mozzarella sticks early on for every meal, about 4-5 weeks or so, but then morning sickness kicked in and I didn't start getting more cravings until well into my 2nd trimester. They weren't weird at all. I just knew exactely what I wanted, was very specific and I needed it right away. Like one night I wanted pancakes for dinner but not just any pancakes. I wanted thin dense buttery pancakes not thick fluffy ones lol and I threw out my first 2 batches because they were too fluffy. There were plenty of aversions though during my 1st trimester. Starting around week 6 I hated just about everything. Veggies, chicken, fish, anything with tomato sauce like spaghetti and pizza...and lots of other things.

My first sign that I new something was up was 5dpo when I lost my appetite and I usually crave fatty stuff before my period is due. I was 6 weeks when I starting craving apple juice and then 8 weeks when I was craving any fruit.

I started craving spicy food.. like peppers straight out of the jar, when I was 2 months pregnant. The only early symptom I had was being exhausted !! but every woman is different... and every pregnancy is different.. I didn't only had those symptoms with my first child.
