Please help! Can you clarify how CM should feel after ovulation??? So confused

So I guess I am confused about what happens to cm after ovulation. I thought it dries up? I am 9dpo and its creamy, but super stretchy and lots of it. Been like that last two days, before that very watery and lots of it. No sign of drying up.
So in the end is this normal? Do you find your cervix position changes a lot? Is it noticeable.
