Question

BBT temp effected from waking up & going back to sleep?

I woke up this morning for some reason at 5:30 am. No idea why and I looked at the time, so I just went back to sleep. I took my temperature when I usually get up at 6:30 am. My question is, will waking up at 5:30 and going back to sleep for an hour effect it? I usually have a 10 day luteal phase and I am now 13 DPO, which the last time I had a cycle this long was March 2015! (Also, my hubby had a vasectomy, which is why I'm freaking out/kinda hoping... I would love another baby, him, not so much...)

Yup...waking then sleeping for an hour will raise ur temp. I'd discard it, it's not basal.
Good luck! =))
