Think I had implantation bleeding,but haven't had my first post partum period since birth of my son

I gave birth 7 months ago now and still haven't had my first post partum period as I'm still breast feeding. I did however have 1 day of spotting on 15th may along with cramping, which I assumed was my first period starting g up again, but then nothing. I wouldn't know ovulation dates or anything of course, but I have taken tests every other day since the spotting and all negative. Could I still be pregnant? Or no possible way as it's been too long since the spotting? Help!!
