Pregnancy symptoms?

Hello ladies! I have been TTC for a year now. I am currently 10 DPO and have had really bad breakouts this past week. I usually get a few small pimples here and there before upcoming periods but they are NEVER this bad. I have also had some slight lower abdominal cramping but no implantation bleeding. Could these be signs of pregnancy? How soon would you recommend I take an early response pregnancy test?

You could take a pregnancy test now, and if BFN and still no period in a few days you should test again. Good luck :) x
