20 weeks pregnant and constantly feeling wet down there!!

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and for the last few days I'm feeling wet constantly down there, I keep running to the bathroom to check, sometimes my underwear are not even wet and sometimes there's a little wet discharge? Anybody know what this is? This is my first pregnancy.
