Question

Need help with ovulation kit :(

So. The ClearBlue digital instructions say to test with fmu but every other article that I have read says to test between 2pm-230pm. Just curious which is correct? Want to make sure I'm doing everything right next cycle.

Follow the instructions for the test ur using. My fmu is usually very weak for any kind of testing so I used smu for my CB's. For me, I found it gave me more accurate results for surge indication. Stick with fmu and use cheapies in the afternoon, if u wanna test again after 2. They're the ones u dont wanna use fmu for.
Good luck! =))

If you're using the Advanced digital then you need to use FMU. The reasoning for this is because it measures estrogen to determine your "high" fertility days and estrogen tends to be more concentrated in urine in the morning.

Once you start getting high readings you may want to switch to using the OPK twice a day so you don't miss the peak. LH usually shows up in urine a little later in the day.
