Ovulation cramps

Hi everyone, not sure on when I ovulated and what to think. My cycles are between 28 and 32 days. On cd 15 I had af cramps and I thought perhaps it was ovulation cramps. We bd on cd 14. On cd 19 I started gettimg ewcm amd had pretty bad af cramps, I acttually took some panado. Today is cd20 and I have no af cramps, but I have come ewcm.
Im not sure if I ovulated on cd 15 or only on cd19. The cramps on the two different days throw me a bit. I dont temp or do opk's. Is iy possible to have ovulated round cd14? Last night I was putting my 2 year old yo bed and I just started crying over my dog that died 10 years ago.weird
