My cousin and her husband had the same issue... nothing was wrong with either of them. They did in vitro and it was successful. Best of luck to you..... we all would love to have it happen " naturally", but there is no shame in trying different avenues if it results in a sweet baby in the end :) by they way , they tried for over 20 years before they went that route...

We just had a daughter last year through ivf after 6 1/2 years of trying. My hubby has a very low count though and that was pretty much our only option. I have pcos as well but found out throughout the ivf process that I have an overactive immune system and a clotting disorder which was preventing implantation. It's probably something I would have never found out if I hadn't done ivf and all the extensive testing. What other tests have you done? You can go through all the extensive tests without doing ivf yet. Amh levels checked for egg supply? Ultrasound follicle and lining study? Ssh to check shape of uterus and look for abnormalities? Anti sperm antibodies? Thyroid and prolactin levels? Nk cells? Have you been tested for clotting disorders, like factor v, or immune disorders, like APS? Genetic karyotyping?

Have you considered your CM? It could be hostile to your husband's sperm ...

I say that because I had put on some weight and noticed, that although I ovulate monthly, I wasn't getting ANY ewcm not even thinning/watery .. always creamy white and thick (no bueno for spermies). Then I went on a LC carb diet and began drinking tons of water .. Now 2 months later, I have so much EWCM that stretches like crazy and it's lasts upwards of 4-5 days!!!

Not sure if you did this but it was not mentioned but, did BOTH of you get genetic testing done? We had this done and found out I had balanced translocation causing my wife to have multiple miscarriages. However, the eggs can also have same issue as a sperm can so I know they checked the tubes but might need to go an expensive step further.
