Question

Can my cervix still be medium/high and soft a week after ovulation?

I did not temp so I'm not 100% sure I ovulated but I'm almost sure it was the 9 and now at 7dpo my cervix has fallen, but stayed high that whole time. I'm now afraid that I missed O. (As I have also been combating small globs of was COULD be EWCM even though it was stretchy it wasn't very lubricative)

That happens some times. You might not notice a change in your cervix until af is about 24 hours away. This is one reason cervix position and texture is a poor predictor of pregnancy. Globs of cm that aren't stretchy are infertile mucus, the kind you can get after ovulation in the run up to af. All the best.
