You won't see anything on an ultrasound until your levels are about 1000, the levels you have said sound very reassuring though, they are doubling nicely.

The hospital have just phoned and my levels are 1676 says Ave to go for another internal on Monday to see if can see the sace thy said if can't might be ectopic -( heads all overhead place xxx

Normally with ectopic the hcg is slow to rise and won't double, I was 7 weeks before they were able to see my ectopic. Your numbers are doubling nicely, don't lose hope. Try not to worry x
