I am so heart broken. Please help me understand.

had ultrasound last friday. Saw yolk and sac. Yesterday I went to hospital as i passed large mass. (baby) What does this mean single gestational sac , sac measures 20mm. corresponding to age 6W 6D No embryo seen. Yolk sac is unremarkable measure 3 MM. Does this mean I am for sure losing my baby. Or its already gone and now I must pass the sac?

Hi, really sad to hear you are having to go through this. Did the doctors not tell you anything? You need to ask questions and get clarity when you go to the Doc as only they will be able to accurately explain their findings to you! Good luck!
