Early pregnancy signs?

I am 9/10 dpo and it's so hard to tell if these are early signs of af or something else. Mild cramping/pangs 2 dpo and now dull aches and a twinge in what I assume feels like left ovary. Took test today and bfn but it's too early.

Any thoughts, ladies?

For my first and second pregnancies I was cross examining every single twitch or feeling, but it was until the day before and two days before AF was due that I actually felt like I really was pregnant.
