When should I test??

A couple weeks ago I had a little bit of bleeding but only like a day or two and my breasts seem bigger not only to me but other people as well. They are sore also where I can't wear my bra without discomfort. Last night there was a little spotting and same with today but not really bleeding but a little bit every few hours. I've had the suspension that I've been pregnant but the last couple tests came up negative. Since I've been spotting, when should I test again?
