Ladies need advice.

So im a bit all over the place my period is not due for a week never normally would come this early, i had cramping the last few days and sore breast this morning when i cam home this evening from work i had red/brownish blood on my underwear sorry tmi, but when i wipped another bit red blood came away and anytym i wipped was smaller amounts but still there only coming out when i wipe. Could this be implantation bleeding our reli early period :/
