Anyone out there who has/had very painful cramps via 5 days late period? Help!

I'm 5 days late.did a test today .very faint positive. But I'm in so much pain .feels like af but she's almost 5 days late

I had a faint line yesterday and cramps but AF showed her face today. Good luck :)
