I Am 7DPO and I have been nauseous all week. I have had one BFN today could I still be pregnant

I got my nexplanon removed on 04/02/16, and my cycle started on 04/03/2016. This is the first time my husband and I are TTC , and I have been nauseous all week, have had brownish discharge, and have headaches. My beast are sore but nipples are not darker. I am 7DPO and got a BFN today is there still a possibility that I will get a BFN if my cycle does not come.

All of your symptoms sound promising! 7dpo is super early! I know it can get super dissapointing when you see a bfn, but don't worry you still have plwnty of time to build your hcg! I got a bfn at 8 dpo and refuse to count myself out yet!

It sounds like you could be pregnant ..it was way too early to test but I understand the excitement.I tested at 14 dpo and got a negative and today I'm 16 dpo and no flow yet..so there's hope that you are and you could hv just had implantation bleeding
