My best advice would be to contact your fertility specialist and ask for tips on how to help increase motility and count. Sometimes it's as simple as dietary changes or even the underwear he wears!

If I'm not too bold, can I ask why you're not interested in IUI? IUI would help get what he does have closer to the goal, thus increasing the chances.

My hubby doesn't want to do iui unless we have to he said it would make him feel less of a man since it wouldn't be him doing it. I tried explaining it to him but he wants to keep trying natural. We have tried fertilaid, the new over counter Stork device, ect we are just at a lost and all the fertility center wants us to do is iui /ivf

We have low motity and morphology. But his number are high! Just continue vitimins and baby dancing in your fertile time. That is about all you can do besides some help. My hubby and I are going on three years. I know a girl that got preggo after 8 years. They didn't do any fertility treatments. It can happen naturally, it just sometimes takes longer. It's all in how long you are willing to wait. I am doing an iui this month. Im 30 and can't wait it out. That's what I told the hubby! It doesn't matter how the sperm meets the egg. I told.him he won't think twice about it once a baby is on the way!

7 million is very low. Anything under 10 million is considered very low and your best shot is ivf. Natural conception is very unlikely and with numbers that low even with supplements, diet changes, etc it's unlikely to raise it enough to really make a difference. Under 40 million but above 10 million is lower than normal but natural conception is much more possible and iui can be quite effective.
My dh had a count of 6 million with low motility as well and we did tried for over 3 yrs naturally and then 3 yrs with a fertility clinics help. We had 4 unsuccessful iuis and 6 rounds of ivf before finally getting pregnant! Our doctor said our chances of natural conception were less than 5% and they had very rarely seen successful iui either but it was covered by our insurance so we tried it.
