I am not sure

I am not sure if I am 10DPO or 14DPO. I was experiencing many symptoms for about 4 days, but in the past couple of days some of them seem to have subsided. I can't tell if AF is coming or not.

Playing the waiting game to retest on Monday. Had a BFN on Tuesday.

Is there a test that is super sensitive I can try in the meantime?
