? implantation spotting ah help!

so i'm 6-8 days post ovulation and i have been monitoring my cervix, normally no issues but yesterday and today when i checked my cervix i started to bleed, it wasn't a massive amount but enough to shock me, it was bright red.
later on i had brown blood when wiping then today it again seems more brown.
i'm not due my period for another 9 days. i did a pregnancy test which was negative ( i know i shouldn't have far too early!)
I'm having some symptoms such as nausea, frequent urinating, pelvic discomfort not like cramps just pressure.
could it be my period or implantation bleeding?
advice please!
