is it okay not to feel cramp on week6?

at 4-5 i feel the cramp under my tummy. but now,6w i kinda lost the cramp. is it normal? has anyone like me? im worried. havent done my ultrasound yet. mc last feb. this is my second pregnancy.

It's great that the cramps have passed. Women get cramping at the very start of pregnancy due to implantation. This should pass, persistent cramping later in the first trimester can be a really bad sign. So congratulations, your pregnancy is on track :)
