Cd 16 abdominal cramps pls help??

Hi all Im on CD16 now i ovulated on cd9 and Ive got a strange bloated pressure pain or feeling in my lower tummy. From under my bellybutton to top of my pubic area. I know this discription is not great but I just feel all achey and was wondering if anyone has any ideas? Getting a few sharp pains in my left side also but not that often. Its really the pressure Ive never experienced before. I appreciate any ideas you might have.
Btw im on my first round of clomid 100mg day 3-7
